Tantangan Administration Professionals Selama Work from Home (WFH) dalam Membangun Komunikasi yang Efektif

Abstract


Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada organisasi atau bisnis, terutama kegiatan komunikasi dan koordinasi dalam lingkup administrasi di organisasi atau bisnis tersebut, dengan stakeholders internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang kegiatan komunikasi dilakukan selama work from home dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah alumni Prodi Administrasi Perkantoran Diploma Tiga, Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya yang berkarir sebagai Administration Professionals tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Responden dipilih menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden lebih memilih komunikasi verbal lisan karena dianggap paling cepat untuk mendapatkan respon. Selain itu responden juga memilih media komunikasi Whatapps, Line atau Telegram karena dianggap paling cepat dan mudah digunakan.
